We are seeking a highly skilled BMT and CAR-T Team Lead to join our Hematology team at Valley Children's Healthcare.
This critical role involves managing care for patients undergoing Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) or CAR T-cell therapy, including allogeneic and autologous recipients, as well as donors.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Facilitating communication and ensuring seamless coordination of care
- Collaborating with the HBC team to monitor and support patients
A minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical leadership and/or project management is required, along with a strong background in nursing principles and quality healthcare systems.
