As the primary contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers, you will facilitate communication and ensure seamless coordination of care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nursing, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership or project management role. A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is required, along with active California Registered Nurse licensure and HeartCode Basic Life Support certification.
