DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Demonstrate dedication and a passion to create and maintain a supportive, nurturing classroom environment that allows students to experience the joy of academic success. 2. Demonstrate strong communication skills as well as a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues. 3. Establish and maintain parent partnerships that allow for open conversation on student performance and progress monitoring. 4. Differentiate of instruction to support the needs of diverse learners. 5. Strong classroom management skills.
