Job Summary:
The Clinic Manager will lead the clinic operations team of a Valley Cities (VC) clinic site, including performing client facing clinical work as needed. The manager works with teams to recruit and hire talent critical to the delivery of client care and good outcomes. Reports directly to Director to Outpatient Clinics, indirectly to Chief of Outpatient of Clinics, interfaces with management staff across the agency, and with multiple community partners and resources. Supports the organizational mission and vision, emphasizing teamwork, trust, professionalism, efficiency, and customer service. Core functions include ensuring clinical excellence by overseeing adherence to standards of practice, key performance indicators, data analysis, training, and supervision. Works with clinical excellence specialists to ensure program performance and provides supervision and consultation to care teams to oversee delivery of care pathways.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees all clinic operations and ensures that clinic supervisor(s) and clinic staff are aware of and following VC policies and procedures.
- Uses reports provided by clinical excellence to ensure clinic is meeting KPIs and clients are meeting treatment outcomes
- Provides overall support for operations, including support for intakes, crisis management, and training.
- Develops and fosters a culture of collaboration, peer consultation and commitment to professional improvement.
- Interprets and evaluates staff reports, observes performance and evaluates staff, problem solves clinic related issues.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships both internally and externally
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT).
- WAC approved Clinical Supervisor required.
- Experience managing, supervising or leading within a clinic setting.
- Ability to develop supportive and team building clinic environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong consultative abilities, conflict resolution skills
- Organized, detail oriented, reliable.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Problem solving ability.
- Understanding of and respect for confidentiality requirements
