Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of technology infrastructure projects at our Sacramento, California location. This role requires a proactive leader with experience in Structured Cabling, Security Management Systems, Audio-Visual Systems, and Wireless Systems. The Project Manager will ensure project deliverables meet client expectations, budgets, and timelines while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure seamless execution from initiation to completion.
- Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Project Engineer, and Operations Manager, to define project scope and requirements.
- Procure necessary materials and equipment in coordination with the Project Engineer.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations.
- Review and approve engineering submittals and project documentation.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or budgets.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment and transparency.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in project management within Structured Cabling, Security Management Systems, Audio-Visual Systems, or Wireless Systems.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers, employees, vendors, and management.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
