What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Based Addiction Treatment Supervisor position at Valley Community Services Board?
Valley CSB is seeking a dynamic individual to assist in overseeing the Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) services to individuals in the OBAT program. Duties involve providing clinical and/or administrative oversight for OBAT treatment programming (to include monthly treatment planning reviews and monitoring billing) as well as providing supportive assistance as clients navigate medication-assisted treatment. Must exude enthusiasm, sound judgment, and effective communication, with time management skills to successfully deliver services. Must meet DMAS “Credentialed Addiction Treatment Professional” criteria with either an active LMHP, LMHP-E and/or CSAC certification. Preferred: prior supervisory experience, CSAC-Supervisor and/or Licensed Clinical Supervisor. Fulltime position with benefits.

Essential Functions
- Provides oversight of the OBAT program, directing OBAT Care Coordination staff and Peers and monitoring documentation requirements. Provides a range of OBAT Care Coordination and direct group and/or individual therapy services to clients and their families on an as-needed basis.
- Provides supervisory oversight of the initial and ongoing assessment of client's strengths and needs resulting in individualized treatment plans which are updated and reviewed in accordance with Medicaid and licensure standards and VCSB policies and as required by regulatory agencies.
- Actively participates in clinical and administrative supervision.
- Assists with completing SU assessments for individuals referred to the OBAT program.
- Participates in weekly staff meetings in order to coordinate treatment services and plan service delivery.
- Coordinates treatment services with other agencies, in order to help individuals achieve sobriety.
- Assists VCSB intra-agency teams in providing assistance, when clinically indicated. May include SU screening and referring individuals to in-patient or residential settings and coordination of care.
