Responsibilities to include, but not limited to, the following:
- Assist with research, data entry, and recording
- Answer phones
- Stocking supplies
- Preparing for meetings
- Follow established procedures for sorting and filing, collecting and compiling information, posting records, making and checking basic calculations, sorting and scanning mail
- Maintaining proper filing of company documents
- Aid with other department and company projects as needed
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
- Learn how to work as part of a team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company.
Summary
As a Front Desk Receptionist/Data Entry professional, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and efficient operations. Reporting to the manager, your core responsibilities will include managing data entry tasks, utilizing computer skills, and maintaining accurate records. Your premium expertise in databases will enhance our administrative processes. Additionally, your relevant skills in clerical work, Microsoft Excel, and data collection will support our team's productivity and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
