Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and manage meeting logistics.
- Organize and maintain office files and documentation.
- Utilize office management software to streamline operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
- Communicate effectively with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients (preferred).
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a front desk role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools and data entry software is a plus.
