Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO with strategic and operational projects aimed at optimizing capital allocation, ROI, and business growth.
- Break down complex problems into smaller, solvable components and develop out-of-the-box solutions.
- Analyze financial data, investment strategies, and asset allocation to drive business decisions.
- Gain an understanding of banking, debt vs. equity balancing, and risk management.
- Utilize Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) to conduct quantitative analyses and generate insights.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Engage in personal development and self-improvement, continuously refining leadership skills.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- College graduate with a strong quantitative mindset and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial statement analysis.
- Entrepreneurial—while you don’t need to have started a business, you should be able to clearly articulate why you consider yourself entrepreneurial.

Compensation & Benefits
