Job Description
Responsible for the daily operations of the Food Hall. Works hands on with restaurant personnel to ensure highest quality of food and beverage within the concepts.
Job Duties
Assists in managing the human resources in the department in order to attract, retain and motivate employees. Provide high quality service and product to guests while adhering to budget constraints by managing the outlets in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Respond to guest trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects. Create, recommend and implement promotions and ideas to capture more in-house guests and a larger share of local market. Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of the outlets and equipment to protect assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service. Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Two years previous work experience in food service is preferred. Must be able to qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Must have full working knowledge of MICROS POS. Must be Serv-Safe certified. Must be TIPS or RAMP certified. Must be knowledgeable and adhere to all PLCB regulations.
