What are the responsibilities and job description for the VIP Casino Host position at Valley Forge Casino Resort?
Summary:
Builds relationships with VIP guests for the purpose of improving customer service, developing and implementing new promotions and increasing revenue.
Job Duties
- Establishes personal relationships with players.
- Must be a visual presence on the floor and handle any customer disputes.
- Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assists with the administration of promotions and special events as requested.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Associated degree preferred.
- Previous experience as a casino host in a complex casino environment, or two years of experience in a related field.
- Associates degree with two years hospitality experience may be substituted for previous casino host or hospitality experience.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Must be able to work various shifts, flexible hours and holidays.
- Must be able to obtain all necessary licensing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per hour
