We are seeking a Patient Experience Representative to join our team and help create a warm, supportive environment for our patients.
Position Overview :
As a Patient Experience Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every patient feels welcomed and cared for during their stay. You'll be the friendly face patients see upon arrival, providing a compassionate introduction to our facility. Throughout their stay, you'll continue to foster a positive and supportive experience, addressing their needs with empathy and understanding.
Responsibilities :
- Greet patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Build rapport quickly with patients to foster trust and comfort.
- Address and resolve any patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with staff to maintain a supportive and patient-centered environment.
- Uphold the values of compassion, respect, and dignity in all interactions.
