The Workday Payroll and Time Tracking Analyst will design, develop and maintain IT databases, support the integration of Payroll and Time Tracking systems, and develop automated solutions. This includes the ability to obtain, link and integrate data from multiple data sources.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develops, implements, updates and maintains the Workday Payroll and Time Tracking Technology and System by performing the following duties:
Bachelor's degree in a related field required
Experience
2-4 years of Workday Payroll and Time Tracking system experience required
Certification & Licensure
Workday Payroll and Time Tracking certifications required
Qualifications
Knowledge of software application implementation required.
Ability to prioritize workload, complete multiple projects to meet deadlines required.

Job Description
The Workday Payroll and Time Tracking Analyst will design, develop and maintain IT databases, support the integration of Payroll and Time Tracking systems, and develop automated solutions. This includes the ability to obtain, link and integrate data from multiple data sources.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develops, implements, updates and maintains the Workday Payroll and Time Tracking Technology and System by performing the following duties:
- Develops, updates and modifies codes, tables, reports and other system applications following approved change procedures.
- Conducts ongoing review and maintenance of Payroll and Time Tracking systems tables and parameters.
- Collaborates with HRIS and IT partners and follows approval and testing procedures in accordance with change management process for Workday configuration changes.
- Develops and maintains a quality assurance process for the payroll and time entry data to include change documentation, audit reports, well-defined data collection processes and other tools to ensure accuracy of the data on an ongoing basis.
- Trains end users on system access and utilization as needed.
- Provides guidance/training to end users in order that they may provide for their own output requirements.
- Maintains Payroll and Time Tracking security system for payroll access in conjunction with IT.
- Generates routine reports and designs special reports as requested.
- Coordinates the review and completion of payroll and time entry data requests for third party administrators, regulatory filings, compliance requirements and management initiatives.
- Designs and develops reports to summarize relevant regulatory information.
- Prepares standard production and ad hoc reports as requested by authorized users including management and governmental agencies.
- Ensures user documentation, operating procedures, policies and guidelines are established in a clear and concise manner and that regular updates are published.
- Evaluates and tests new systems, procedures, upgrades, patches and modifications to existing systems/procedures to ensure required functionality.
- Communicates new or revised procedures to management and staff.
- Maintains system to ensure continued operations and reporting efficiency, and reports software and hardware problems.
- Provides technical support and assistance to others in the collection, analysis and utilization of data.
- Maintains and prepares as necessary, data bases to support reporting payroll and time tracking.
