Responsibilities
Valley Behavioral Health Hospital Phoenix is seeking a Charge RN - Days with a background in Behavioral Health to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals!
The Charge RN is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy, goals and objectives. This position assists in contributing to the hospital’s philosophy, objectives, educational and Performance & Improvement efforts, while providing supervision to the nursing staff assigned to his/her unit.
Location: 3550 East Pinchot Avenue, Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: DAYS - We have a set schedule: 7am to 7pm; Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday or, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday. These are 12 hour days with built in overtime.

Qualifications
- Currently licensed to practice by the Arizona State Board of Nursing
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management
- Current CPR card
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility
