If so, we are looking for you to be a part of our occupational health receptionist team at our Valley Immediate Care Occupational Health clinics. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:45 - 5:15 or until the last patient is taken care of, and an occasional holiday. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. computers, fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

For those who prove to be the best, we offer a path to begin training to be a Medical Assistant starting in as little as six months and x-ray training (LXMO) in 18 months. Eligibility for MA training will also have additional requirements.
