Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, we seek someone to provide excellent customer service and who can carry out daily tasks in our fast paced retail space.
Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner in person and over the phone - Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Provide information to callers and visitors about our company and our services. -Provide customer support by addressing inquiries or resolving issues in a timely manner - Leaving clear notes for coworkers on opposite shifts -Fluent in English and Spanish is a must -Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages -Proficient computer skills including (Word, Excel, and Canva) - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively -Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Familiarity with phone systems and customer service best practices
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
