Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Manage inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies; assist in ordering as necessary.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for processing orders and managing transactions efficiently.
- Assist in brewing beverages when required and support catering events as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations while serving drinks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Familiarity with TOAST POS is a plus
- Ability to work in a high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experiences.
