- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and communication regarding orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines in all aspects of service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems; experience with OpenTable is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
