What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Server position at Valley Lo Club?
Valley Lo Club, a private member country club is hiring part-time banquet staff to join our team. We are looking for professional individuals that are friendly, outgoing, and responsible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with the set up and breakdown of the banquet area
- Relay food and beverage orders
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests
- Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns
- Present in professional manner
- Ability to lift 50lbs. and stay comfortable on their feet for the entire shift
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
- Effective communication, both written and verbal
- Extreme attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow verbal direction in a fast dynamic environment
- Must be 21 years of age
- Comply with all state and and federal liquor laws
- Must be able to obtain and maintain responsible alcohol service certification
- Able to work in standing position for long period of time
- Strong work ethic and has a desire to learn

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
