Job Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices and payments and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Work with external accountants and auditors as needed.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to optimize business operations.
- Maintain accurate property financial records and track rental income and expenses.
