Job Summary:
The Valley Opportunity Council is dedicated to providing high-quality child care services and support to families in our community. We collaborate with various partners, including the Department of Children and Families (DCF), to ensure that children receive the care and support they need. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate DCF Enrollment Specialist to join our team. The DCF Enrollment Specialist plays a critical role in the placement of DCF-referred children into VOC child care programs. This position requires close collaboration with VOC Social Workers, families, child care providers, and DCF social workers to ensure children receive appropriate and timely child care services. The Enrollment Specialist will facilitate the enrollment process, maintain accurate records, and provide support to families navigating the child care system.
We offer flexible work schedule options: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, OR 4 days per week, 10 hours per day.
Requirements:
This position requires travel. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and access to their own transportation.

Benefits:
· First 12 Months employees accrue 2 weeks of vacation.
· After 13 months, you begin to accrue weeks of vacation.

· Other benefits such as, medical Insurance, In lieu of medical insurance, VOC will provide the lowest cost contributed by the agency towards childcare reimbursement or other benefit products such as AFLAC products & Guardian Life insurance.
· Retirement plan available through Mutual of America, VOC will contribute 2% of your gross pay. If the employee wishes to contribute through employee deductions, he/she may contribute a minimum of 2% of their pay and the agency will add another 1%. Employees are also eligible to start the plan and contribute through payroll deductions after 30 days on the job.
