Valley Pacific Petroleum Services, Inc. is looking for a Transloader working Monday through Friday, from 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm, at our Visalia location The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, with an emphasis on attention to detail, and a self-starter who operates effectively with little supervision. Job duties also include working hands on with petroleum equipment including but not limited to tanks, hoses, meters, heavy duty equipment, trailers, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely receive rail cars and unload them into storage tanks or transport trucks using Transloader, skid pump or tractor as well as other heavy-duty equipment.
- Safely load transport trucks from storage tanks or rail cars using Transloader, skid pump or tractor as well as heavy duty equipment.
- Communicate with Terminal Manager and operational personnel on load/unload completion
- Submit paperwork to operational personnel in a timely manner.
- Effectively help in other areas of the company such as warehouse operations and cardlock maintenance among others.
- Safely operate and maintain equipment that includes but not limited to general cleanliness, greasing and lubing specific parts, logging issues and repairs.
- Responsible for external overall image as it relates to work areas, landscape, and parking lot areas.
- Maintaining office and breakroom cleanliness.
- Disposing of Hazwaste material in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of service during all customer interactions.
- Maintain a professional rapport in all communications within the company.
- Communicate clearly and concisely through all written and verbal interactions.
- Receptive to periodic changes at the facility.
- Participate in periodic training programs conducted by management personnel.
- Complete and retain all necessary equipment operator certification.

Compensation and Benefits:
