We are seeking to hire an energetic, compassionate, hard-working, responsible, and dependable individual for employment at a small, thriving preschool program located in the heart of Stillwater, MN.
The position is perfect for individuals who work well with others and enjoy working with, learning from, and inspiring preschool-aged children (33 months-5 yrs.).

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and loving classroom environment at all times, no exceptions
- Interact proactively and positively with children to develop bonds and create trust at all times, no exceptions
- Bring a positive attitude each and every day to help create and maintain a loving and nurturing learning environment at all times, no exceptions
- Meet the daily physical and emotional needs of the children within the class at all times, no exceptions
- Follow the school's guidelines and policies at all times, no exceptions
- Work well with and alongside a team of friendly and caring individuals at all times, no exceptions

Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with young children in a professional, licensed supervised setting, preferred
- Must pass the Applicant Background Study required by the Department of Human Services.
