Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain professionalism while providing outstanding customer service and office management.
Duties:
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently; requires flexibility in regard to occasional adjustments to the typical work schedule; willing to work on weekends, holidays & evenings as needed; ability to apply general office procedures and operate standard office equipment (i.e. PC, multifunctional printer, 10-key calculators, etc.); advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, to include excellent mail merge knowledge and application; must be internet savvy; must possess excellent oral and written communication skills; must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills; ability to interact with diverse people groups; ability to handle sensitive situations with courtesy and respect, and in a manner that preserves and protects the confidence and dignity of all involved, regardless of gender, race, religious preference, physical appearance and/or financial status; ability to maintain a very high level of confidentiality regarding donor information and donations/gifts received.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining accurate records.
- Demonstrated computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- Experience with phone systems and managing communications effectively is a plus.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Non Profit experience is a plus
