Position Overview:
We are seeking five (5) experienced and dependable Maintenance Technicians to support the installation of specialized equipment at our project site in Boston. This is a temporary, full-time position ideal for candidates with strong mechanical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The ideal candidates will be bilingual in English and Spanish and have hands-on experience using tools and assisting with industrial or mechanical installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and setup of industrial equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow detailed instructions and safety procedures during installation.
- Support the team to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance, equipment installation, or mechanical work.
- Proficient with tools and equipment related to installation and assembly.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) – required.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work extended hours (as outlined in the schedule).
