Responsibilities of the Parts Department Manager:
- Overseeing the Day-to-Day Operations of a full line OEM / ALL – MAKES Parts Department.
- Responsible for Tracking Department Sales and Profitability
· Establish pricing to generate profits and maintain high CSI
- Monthly Parts Reconciliation
- Hiring/Training/Motivating Staff
- Customer Satisfaction
- Employee Satisfaction
- Taking Complete Ownership Over Our Parts Department
- Exploring New Ways to Serve Our Customer Base
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 Years of Parts Management Experience
- MD/HD Truck Experience is Preferred but not required for some locations
- HS Degree, College Degree Preferred
- Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Demonstrated Leadership
