What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bakery - Pastry Cook I position at Valley View Casino & Hotel?
The Position:
Assist in the work of the pastry operation to include: being able to prepare basic pastry and dessert items for the pastry shop under the direct guidance of the Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Chef. Team Member will rely on limited experience, instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the duties of this job.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
One year of pastry/baking experience in a similar operation.
