Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented for guest use.
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to promote health and safety.
- Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
