We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Technician to support our physical therapy team in delivering exceptional patient care. This role is essential in facilitating effective therapy sessions, maintaining a safe and organized environment, and enhancing the overall patient experience. Key responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment and treatment areas for physical therapy sessions.
- Assist physical therapists and patients during therapy exercises and mobility activities.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment, following infection control protocols.
- Schedule patient appointments, including initial visits and follow-ups.
- Greet patients professionally and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Perform administrative duties, including inventory tracking, supply stocking, and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Support overall clinic operations and coordinate with other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Passion for patient care and interest in physical therapy or rehabilitation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience in healthcare or rehabilitation setting (preferred but not required).
