What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit position at valleychildrens?
This position is accountable for the overall day-to-day management of the care and services provided by the department and its related operations. This position is responsible on a 24-hour basis for the organization, management, supervision and quality of nursing practice and nursing care in the NICU. This position is also responsible for staff performance. This position practices within the scope of the Nursing Practice Act, and in accordance with Valley Children's Healthcare policies.
