Job Title:
Entry-Level Administrative Assistant
Overview:
This entry-level, hourly, seasonal position starts as early as March 15, 2025, and has an average workweek of 20 hours.
The pay rate for this role is $17.50 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all onboarding steps, including background screens, E-Verify documents, drug screens, and completion of employment-related tasks.
- Data Management: Gather, enter, and process statistical information for various reports.
- Paperwork Processing: Process employment paperwork for accuracy and enter data into appropriate systems.
- Policy Administration: Assist with administration of company-wide policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with corporate, federal, and state requirements.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all paperwork and information in Human Resources.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the inventory, organization, and cleanliness of park-issued wardrobe.
- Special Projects: Work on specialized projects in areas such as training and employee engagement/relations, as assigned.
- Customer Service: Professionally answer all incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously.
