Responsibilities:
- Monitor, order, stock, and manage Food and Beverage inventory.
- Develop and implement inventory strategies with the management team.
- Support inventory processes, including adjustments, transfers, and purchase orders.
- Maintain and audit inventory records weekly.
- Troubleshoot inventory issues and ensure compliance.
- Minimize product expiration with FIFO rotation and best practices.
- Audit locations for kitchen safety and efficiency compliance.
- Coach and train location leadership on inventory practices.
- Engage with the inventory system (FoodTrak) for control and techniques.
- Improve quality assurance processes for revenue and cost efficiency.
- Maintain a training program for inventory management best practices.
- Conduct weekly tasks:
Sunday: Inventory
Monday: COGS
Tuesday: COGS/Update forms, leadership meetings
Wednesday/Thursday: OFF
Friday: Park audits
Saturday: Manage schedules, address issues, prep buildings
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Working towards or hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be organized and detail-oriented to manage inventory processes efficiently.
- Be proficient in inventory management systems, such as FoodTrak.
- Have strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot inventory issues.
- Be knowledgeable in kitchen safety and efficiency practices.
- Have the ability to coach and train location leadership on inventory practices.
- Be adaptable to changing inventory needs and processes.
- Have experience in quality assurance and cost efficiency analysis.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
