Job Description
The IT Assistant plays a critical role in maintaining the park's technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include:
Provide Technical Support
- Assist associates and guests with technical issues and concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed.
Maintain and Troubleshoot IT Systems
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure systems run smoothly.
Install Software and Hardware
- Work with vendors to implement new software and hardware solutions.
- Ensure smooth integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.
Network Security and Performance
- Monitor network activity and detect potential security threats.
- Implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
Documentation and Communication
- Document all IT issues and resolutions accurately.
- Communicate effectively with associates and guests to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support or related field.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
