Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and attract top healthcare talent. Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Employment Marketing: Craft compelling recruitment advertisements and employer branding initiatives that showcase Valleywise Health as a leading healthcare employer.
- Candidate Management: Conduct phone screens, facilitate interviews, extend offers, and guide candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from application to their first day.
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with leadership to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals, anticipate future hiring needs, and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.
- Advocacy & Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates, providing insights and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Promote a positive candidate experience and foster long-term retention.

Annual Salary Range: $60,736.00 - $89,586.60
Qualifications
Education:
- Requires a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work.
Experience:
- Must have at least three (3) years of recruitment and/or sourcing experience with all employees within an organization, including but not limited to leadership, clinical, IT, and other level healthcare positions.
Certification/Licensure:
- Requires possession of and ability to retain a current, valid driver's license in good standing and must carry the legally required minimum insurance coverage on personal vehicle at all times.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- The ability to maintain confidentiality standards is a must.
- Must have considerable knowledge and skills in sourcing and selecting qualified candidates.
- Must be able to interview all levels of candidates in a healthcare, business, and/or IT environment.
- Must communicate with people at all levels of the organization and outside contacts.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, investigative, and organizational skills are essential.
- Must be proficient in standard PC applications.
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
