Their spans covers multiple sectors, including Roads, Highways and large scaled Infrastructure. Tackling complex large-scale CapEx projects, valued up to $500M. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Snr Civil Project Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate design and construction services for roads, highways, stormwater management systems, grading, and drainage. Working with both internal teams and external partners such as subconsultants, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Initiate, manage, and finalize project documentation, including scope, outline, budget, and schedule.
- Perform professional Civil/Site engineering tasks, assisting with site investigations and inspections to assess existing conditions and verify conformance with construction documents.
- Identify and coordinate internal and external project resources, collaborating with Corporate Practice Leads to assign appropriate team members.
- Ensure all processes and procedures adhere to company standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company, keeping both informed of project status.
- Represent the company at project meetings and communicate any changes or variations in the project.
- Supervise staff when assigned and guide them through project milestones.
- Meet regularly with senior management and supervisors to review the status of ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Support Program and Project Managers in scope and fee development.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to execute project work effectively.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in site planning, hydrological and hydraulic analysis, stormwater management system design, grading, and/or drainage.
- BS or MS in Civil Engineering or related field, or professional registration (PE/CCM/PMP) in engineering or construction management.
- 3-5 years in project management.
- Authorized to work in the US and able to meet worksite security requirements, including state and federal background checks.
Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
