Analyzes customer needs and seeks solutions to customer design problems in order to integrate Company products into customers' systems or subsystems. Primary purpose is to apply current products to increase market penetration. Under supervision, performs analysis, implementation, testing, and documentation using application design documents and requirements specifications. Travel required.

To be successful in this role, you must be electro-mechanically inclined, self-guided, and have a strong work ethic.
This position requires a valid driver’s license. Candidate must be authorized to work in the US and the position is not open for relocation.

In this role you will
- Serve as junior project team member for DCS projects.
- Implement, test and document project applications software using Valmet product tools.
- Assist in code and test of project custom software.
- Learn project execution process and procedures including Configuration Management and Quality Assurance procedures.
- Assist in technical proposal preparation.
- Perform related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree; in job related field or
- 0 - 2 years related experience and/or training or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Programming logic
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
