Your knowledge of marine vessels, systems, and regulatory requirements will be crucial in supporting sales and service efforts and driving customer satisfaction. In addition, it is expected you will play a key role with quotations, PO’s, logistics, invoices, and ensuring the smooth operations at the local site.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with a strong background in marine industry to support our sales and service team in Sunrise, FL. Your knowledge of marine vessels, systems, and regulatory requirements will be crucial in supporting sales and service efforts and driving customer satisfaction. In addition, it is expected you will play a key role with quotations, PO’s, logistics, invoices, and ensuring the smooth operations at the local site.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with proposal development and RFQs.
- Liaise with clients, service providers, and other vendors as needed.
- Conduct site visits as needed.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments, and participate when needed.
- Manage scheduling and administrative support for sales and service teams.
- Coordinate with cruise owners, vessel crews, suppliers, and engineers to ensure smooth communication and documentation flow.
- Assist with event planning.
- 5 years of marine industry experience.
- Solid understanding of ship operations and marine equipment in ship automation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with maritime terminology, shipping documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally to shipyards, vessels, and client sites.
- Candidate must have English as a working language. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
