What you’ll do:
- Lead seminars and immersive staff training on luxury etiquette and high-touch service
- Conduct operational assessments and provide actionable insights
- Craft guest/client experience strategies inspired by brands like Aman and Four Seasons
- Coach staff to embody grace, discretion, and attentiveness in every interaction

- A seasoned luxury hospitality professional (8 years), ideally with consulting experience
- Polished, intuitive, and obsessed with detail
- A passionate teacher who knows how to inspire elegance and professionalism
- Familiar with the expectations of affluent clientele
