Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who are:

- Skilled and Knowledgeable: Possess a certificate or degree in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home building, construction management, or a related field. Alternatively, demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in a professional maintenance or construction role.
- Capability to perform drywall and paint repairs
Requirements:
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Own and provide their own basic construction tools for performing the required tasks
- Possess reliable transportation to commute to various work locations.
Compensation and Benefits:
Your dedication will be rewarded! We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $35,000 to $40,000, with the potential for bonuses. In addition, you'll receive truck and phone allowances to support your work.
