Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to maintain high-quality services and standards.
- Manage labor and direct expenses effectively, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Lead and motivate a large team, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.
- Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are adhered to, and all associates are accountable for compliance.
- Maintain exceptional guest relations by creating a quality environment through staffing, programming, service operations, and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Previous hotel management experience, preferably with Hilton.
- Experience with vendor relationships.
