Position: Logistics Manager
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end logistics process, including transportation, inventory, and warehousing.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Track and manage inventory levels, anticipating and resolving potential shortages or overages.
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve any shipping discrepancies or issues.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies, including damaged products or shipment delays.
- Collaborate with customer service to address shipping-related inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
- Optimize shipping processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; High school diploma with equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing shipping documentation.
- Problem-solving skills to address shipping issues and challenges.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and compliance requirements.
Compensation:
- Base salary: USD $60,000-80,000 annually
