What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solar Energy Consultant position at VALOR Roof and Solar?
In-home Solar Energy Sales Consultants are responsible for educating homeowners on the state and federal benefits of owning their power v. renting their power from the utility company.
They will have the ability to learn how to self-generate leads via canvassing door-to-door, scheduling in-home consultations, and presenting to the point of converting homeowners to local net metering programs.
Requirements include walking, talking, and knocking, repeatedly, relentlessly, and without shame.
Compensation is 100% commission based with income ranging from $100,000 to $1,000,000 and is entriely based on the indidvidual’s ability to manage their own calendar. In the beginning, the Solar Energy Consultant will be self-generating leads. After they prove they can convert knocks to customers, leads will be given to them based on their ability to convert.
Benefits start after sixty days and include dental, medical, car allowance, and 401k.
