Job Summary:
Valora Medical Group is seeking a Telemarketing Sales Representative to connect with seniors and educate them about our healthcare services . This role involves engaging prospective patients via outbound and inbound calls, guiding them through the enrollment and on boarding process, and assisting them in selecting a primary care provider within our medical group. The ideal candidate is a sales professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping seniors access quality healthcare.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to Medicare-eligible prospects to educate them on healthcare services available through our medical group.
- Handle inbound calls from potential patients interested in Medicare Advantage plans and primary care enrollment.
- Assist in scheduling clinic tours, courtesy visits to increase patient engagement.
- Guide potential patients through the provider selection.
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM system, track leads, and follow up as needed.
- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and engagement goals.
Education/Qualifications:
- Experience in Medicare sales, healthcare marketing, or telemarketing preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and sales skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, compliance-focused environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and call center technology.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
