We seek a highly ambitious, experienced, and strategic Director of Sales to lead our North America and UK sales teams with the opportunity to grow into a global role!

We are looking for a hungry and dynamic sales leader who has previous experience in GTM strategy, driving growth across multiple revenue streams, including SaaS, Partnerships, and Reseller Networks. This senior management position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with InnQuest Software’s objectives to expand our market presence and revenue. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the hospitality software industry, a strong record of success in sales leadership, and a collaborative approach to guiding a results-oriented, highly successful sales team.

InnQuest Software is a leading provider of innovative hospitality software solutions dedicated to helping businesses streamline operations, enhance guest experiences, and increase profitability. We serve clients across North America and the UK markets. InnQuest Software provides an all-in-one hospitality management software solution designed to streamline hotel operations, improve guest experiences, and increase revenue. The InnQuest Software platform offers a suite of tools, including property management, a booking engine, channel management, and guest engagement features. It helps automate and manage various hotel operations from reservations and check-ins to housekeeping and reporting. The InnQuest Software platform is used by hotel owners, managers, and staff who need an integrated system to efficiently manage their property’s operations. This includes independent hotels, hotel chains, resorts, and other accommodation providers.

The successful candidate will be based anywhere in Florida, working in a remote work model!

What your day will look like:

  • Sales Team Leadership: Oversee a team of net new sales representatives and inside sales reps across key markets in North America and the UK. Set clear sales targets, coach team members, and create a high-performance culture
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue generation across diverse channels, including SaaS, partnerships, and reseller networks, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives
  • GTM Strategy: implement and oversee the launch of a new product into various geographical markets
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop the overall sales and marketing plan, collaborating with the marketing team to create integrated, impactful campaigns within the allocated budget. Guide efforts on PPC marketing, software review site partnerships, and industry trade show participation
  • Budget Management: Manage the departmental budget and direct marketing spend to maximize ROI, identifying and investing in high-impact initiatives
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and manage sales forecasting, performance reporting, and commission plans. Regularly present sales performance insights and strategies to the executive team
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product development teams to support a seamless customer journey and foster ongoing revenue growth
  • Tools and Technology: Utilize CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, pipelines, and performance reporting

About You:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the hospitality software as a service industry, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with an ability to align sales strategies with company goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in developing and managing budgets, commission plans, and sales performance metrics
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales models and channel partnership development
  • Experience in managing and analyzing sales and marketing data to inform business decisions
  • Experience working with international teams and knowledge of regional market dynamics across North America and the UK
  • Proven experience in building and managing successful high-performance sales teams
  • Previous experience in GTM strategy, driving growth across multiple revenue streams, including SaaS, Partnerships, and Reseller Networks is essential
  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, aligning with company objectives to expand our market presence and revenue
  • Proven experience in the hospitality software industry, a strong record of success in sales leadership, and a collaborative approach to guiding a results-oriented sales team
  • The ability to travel internationally on a regular basis is essential for client and team meetings, industry events, and trade shows
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
