Job Overview
We're seeking a skilled Scheduling and Administrative Assistant to support our project management, development, and construction teams at Valta Energy. As a key member of our team, you will assist with scheduling, reporting, and various administrative tasks to ensure project success.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling Expertise: Create and manage complex project schedules using MS Project and Procore.
- Reporting and Documentation: Compile and distribute regular reports on project progress, budgeting, resource allocation, and key milestones. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and other deliverables.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with subcontractors and vendors to obtain pricing, coordinate scheduling, and manage services for projects.
- Action Plan Development: Collaborate across cross-functional teams to develop and execute action plans for project success, with oversight from the Project Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (project management, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline).
- 2 years of scheduling experience in the construction industry, with a strong preference for solar project experience.
- Proficiency in MS Project and Procore, as well as the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
