About the Job
This is a hybrid role requiring regular on-site work at our Dana Point or Ontario office, as well as frequent travel to project sites in the LA metro area.
Responsibilities
- Manage resource allocation, scheduling, contracting, budgeting, and quality control throughout all construction phases.
- Evaluate and implement effective solutions to anticipate and mitigate potential project risks.
- Collaborate with procurement, financing, accounting, and other internal teams to ensure seamless material and resource flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (engineering or renewable energy preferred).
- 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, renewable energy, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and technical proficiency skills.
