What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Support Lead position at Value City Furniture & Mattress?
Our Customer Service/Sales Support Lead would over look our HUB (Call Center)dept. and all store clericals.
Your role would be to make sure that our clericals are properly trained on all store policies and procedures, scheduling and confirming deliveries and various other reports.
You would be responsible for making clerical schedules.
You will need to travel to other stores as needed for training.
*Must have office/clerical management experience.
*Must be able to work a schedule that meets the needs of the business including holidays, nights and weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
