Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of Operational Due Diligence services within our Operational Transaction Advisory group
- Conduct thorough analyses of M&A activities, including acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and integrations
- Collaborate with Private Equity clients to evaluate principal investment theses concerning operations
- Discover and articulate key synergies and transaction risks, transforming analysis into practical strategies
- Develop and present high-level deliverables that assist client decision-makers
- Facilitate direct client interactions, both domestically and potentially abroad
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
- A minimum of three years of experience in operations consulting or operations management is essential
- Background in Corporate Development, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain functions
- Capable of evaluating operations and executing enhancements for increased productivity and cost efficiency
- Proficient in MS Excel, with a solid track record of developing financial models
- Excellent communication skills are crucial for explaining complex concepts to a varied audience
- Must be adaptable and assertive in a dynamic environment
