Garage Door Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking someone with a great attitude and communication skills to join our team as a Garage Door Technician. Previous garage door experience is not required, however, the ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As a Garage Door Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of garage doors and openers. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive high-quality workmanship and reliable solutions with "Red Carpet" service. Our goal is to create a client experience so good, the client can't help but tell their friends and family about us.

Pay is based on performance. Hourly based commissions & bonuses

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unmatched client experience
• Diagnose garage door systems and provide options for repairs/upgrades
• Install, repair, and maintain garage doors and openers in residential homes
• Utilize power tools effectively to perform installations and repairs
• Effectively utilize software to provide seamless client experience

Skills

• No garage door experience required!
• The most important attribute is your attitude, we will train the rest.
• Experience using power tools and mechanical aptitude is a bonus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
