Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone or in-person
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desired
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
